Am I doing something wrong? When I use “Update Glyph Info” on this file, a lot of composites break because their references still point to the old glyph names. How to avoid this? The file is imported from UFO.

The weird thing is, if I check “Use Custom Naming” in the font info, then do “Update Glyph Info”, then uncheck “Use Custom Naming”, and then “Update Glyph Info” again, the glyphs are renamed and composites stay intact.
The components need to be “loaded” once before they can keep the link even when the name changes. Scrolling through the font view will do that, too. I’ll see why it is not done automatically, as it should.
