My intermediate layers now show extremely slanted bounding boxes even though it’s an upright typeface. It also messes up the spacing in the preview bar. Looks pretty serious.
That I fixed already. I’ll upload a new version very soon.

BTW, as an immediate workaround for such problems, how about a «roll back to last stable version» command in the About Glyphs dialog? 
You can have multiple Glyphs apps installed ate the same time. That way, you can keep both the current version and some other version, in case the cutting edge release is not yet compatible with your workflow.
