Simple components like En-cy, with auto sidebearings don’t update when I change parent glyphs. E.g. I change H from 105 and =| to 108 and =|, En-cy is on auto (105) and auto(111).
This also happens when starting without plugins.
Can you check Font Info > Other > Disable automatic alignment?
