A Master for two locations

Hi

I have a typeface with three axes and eight masters, but two of the masters are duplicates. I’d like to hide them from the GUI so I don’t have to edit them twice. (as the optical size decreases, the contrast axis gets narrow until the four masters converge into two)

can i do that in Glyphs app?

We are working on a solution for this.

thanks.

Is this already possible?

It is. Use a “Duplicate Master” parameter in the font settings.

Wow, very cool!

It doesn’t seem to work for me.

The coordinates I enter should be the new coordinates for the “new” master, right?
