Add Expand Outline Shorcut [Currently Missing]

In Settings “Shortcut” tab doesn’t feature a “Expand Outline” options for a shortcut. Would be great to add this to the list.

What exactly? Expand a stroke?

One workaround is to put the function in a script and assign the shortcut to the script.
