Adobe Fonts Folder, In Design CC 2019 update the fonts with huge delay

Hi,
I use Adobe Fotns Folder for testing new font versions. Since In Design CC 2019 version 14.0.3 it updates the new font versions with more than a minute delay.
Does somebody experience the same issue or know how to fix that?

Empty out your Fonts folder every once in a while.

The funny thing is with CC 2018 there is no problem (updates immediately). It seem it is a bug in In Design CC 2019. But I´ll try to empty the Adobe Fonts folder. Many thanks for the tip!

Deactivate Adobe fonts, and also check your old fonts, I saw features that worked for decades stopped working in the latest InDesign CC, and bizarre spacing issues when switching composers. Scary app.
