AJ1 font made by v2.5.x is not double-encoded

When I made an AJ1 font in v2.5.x, I noticed that it was not double-encoded with cmap in the font. v 2.4.x can make font of normal cmap.

The most obvious example.
CID=1 must be encoded to at least U+0020 and U+00A0, but 2.5.x is only U+0020.
