Alignment disabled in Composite Variabler

After running the Composite Variabler script it seems only the bracket layer in the first master of the newly generated composite glyph has automatic alignment enabled, in every further bracket layer auto alignment has to be enabled manually.
Can this be done for all other masters at once somehow?

sorry, just found out this works perfectly with the Alignment Manager in mekkablue scripts…

Do you have the latest version of the script? I remember some issues a few weeks ago. Should work better now.

The decomposition doesn’t work as expected yet, so avoid the decompose option.

Yes, it is the most recent version of your script, and I use the latest beta [1342].
