All ligature suddenly stopped working (dlig, liga, calt...)

I was working in some classes to make interlocking possible in a typeface i’m working in.

I couldn’t make those interlocks to work so i removed those classes and i noticed that no ligatures and substitution were working.

I opened a previous file and it still didn’t work. I restarted and i can no longer make any substitution to work.

What should i do?

The problem was fixed deleting all my lowercase glyphs that were just ‘A=a’ generated.

I still dont know why it fixed the problem but it did.
