Anchors are not inherited anymore in stacked composites

After the update to Glyphs build 3132, it flagged some glyphs with double accents as having unspecified alignment. If I enable auto alignment, the accents move down into the base glyph. It looks like the anchors are not inherited in the double accent anymore. I have to add an extra anchor there to move them to the correct position again.

It happens when the second mark doesn’t have a “top” anchor. I’ll have a look.
