When I create a new Tamil font and use the side-bar items to add glyphs, anusvara-tamil is not added. It’s missing from the Marks list. This is not used in Tamil at all, so no love lost. But some clients will want to have it there.
If it is not really needed I would suggest to manually add it on clients request?
