Arabic Letters connection onscreen

Hi There,

for some reason in InDesign my Arabic font shows some gaps between few letters only on screen and only at some zoom level, it’s all fine when I print, but unfortunately when I export as png or so, these few gaps stay in the bitmap image, is this related to hinting or so?, I have Auto-Hint “on” upon export, any idea please?

Just to be more clear, the gaps are very tiny hairlines.

You need to add a small overlap for each connection. Add a triangle to each exit stroke. And, of cause, make sure that the spacing is set properly.

There is a good overlap across all connections, also the spacing is set to Metrics in InDesign,

Then check the path direction on all glyphs that show the gap.
