I’m wondering that is there a list of Arabic pairs letters kerning?.
In my experience you need to do very little kerning in Arabic. And such a list would not make sense: the few situations where you do have to kern are depending on the design so much that you end up with different pairings every time.
I have once been asked to help with a script that pairs every .fina/.init, .isol/.init, .fina/.isol to see if there are gaps.
Thank you for your help, and I’ll try to take your advice to correct what I was thinking about.
