Arabic with Glyphs Mini

Hi,
Is there a way to create an arabic font using Glyphs-Mini? If not, Is there a way to add the letters by some xml data or any thing similar?, And what about access the Features window ?

Mini does not support Arabic. And it does not have a features window, it will only auto create certain features based on the glyph set of the font.
