In latest Glyphs (1098) my superior letters (i.e. a.sups), which were auto-aligned but still shifted upwards, all moved back down. Is this intented? In previous versions it was possible to have them auto-aligned, but still move them vertically. (It still works with numbers, though).

I changed some things about those that had this side effect. I fix this.
Just that you don’t forget it: still there in the latest cutting edge.
I have the same problem with .subs glyphs in 1099. (subs are composites of sups in this file)
I have found the problem and fixed it.
