I’m working on a font using the pixel tool and components, and quite often when I delete the “wrong” component, the automatic alignment for certain components is enabled and the positioning of the components is entirely ruined.
I then need to right click and “disable automatic alignment” for the offending components, but for some reason it’s impossible for me to do that before I delete the component that causes this.
Nevermind, I couldn’t find the answer during my first search in the forum, but the second time I found that I can fix it using the Alignment Manager from mekkablue.
I’ll just let this post stand as another example of UI problems since it wasn’t straightforward how I should avoid this issue.
