I have three masters with Weight Axis set to 20, 100 and 160. I want to export static fonts and a variable font. Static fonts work perfectly with Axis Location Custom Parameter set to 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 in the instances. I want the variable font to have the same range from 100 to 800, but I can’t get it to work.
I added Axis Mappings parameter (100->20, 400->100, 800->160), but it doesn’t do anything. The range in the exported font is still 20-160.
I have read the manual and the forum, but I still can’t figure out how to make it work.
