I have my masters (stem widths: 58, 88, 130, 180) set up like this, and the bracket layers are compatible (as are the non-bracket layers). Nevertheless, Glyphs marks my glyph as incompatible, and won’t interpolate. Do I need bracket layers for all masters?
Does the glyph export as expected?
I’m not far enough in the process to check, sorry. (Need to take care of a pletora of OT errors before it will export)
Turns out “Semibold” was the issue. Needed to match the camelcased “SemiBold” master name.
