The plugin can’t do that. You need brush simulation for that.

Can you suggest the right tool, please
If you have drawing tablet, you can try using Illustrator’s brush tools with pen pressure on. Also there is plugin called Letterink that can simulate broad nib pen.

The right tool for this is a real brush on paper.
These shapes are obviously not from a pen, certainly not from a broadnib pen. They are from a brush. I don’t think you can automate that realistically with software currently.

Couple of questions.
Could we add a feature in the broadnibbler tool to have different height in the top and bottom lines (90deg and 270deg) and also right and left (0 deg and 180 deg)
In the below shape, we have ink drop at the end of the loop.
Is it possible to create this in a script?
I can add circle and create union. But I am curious, if there is a script.
I don’t think so and it would not make sense. There are so many micro decisions in this little part alone, that it would require an interface with 50 sliders just to reproduce this bit. And it would not work for the rest of the letter, let alone the rest of the typeface.
My advice: Use BroadNibber as a start and continue from there.
