Trying to resize a component using the grey bottom panel only works for the horizontal. It also changes both horizontal and vertical values (as if the two are locked together to maintain proportions). Entering a value in the vertical doesn’t work.
If you resize using different H/V percentage values from the Palette, that does work. But, when you try to enter a value in the grey panel vertical, the vertical value changes to match the current horizontal value.
