Bug about right sidebar

Right sidebar is fixed and can not resize. Shortcut and upper right button don’t work too.

Whoa. Never seen this. What happens if you start without plug-ins? (The easiest way to do this is to hold down Option and Shift while starting the app.)

Then the window position settings are corrupted. Can you try deleting the prefs, and restart the app?
