Bug: Can't adjust sidebearings with keyboard when subdivision is =< 5

When subdivision is set to 5 or lower I can’t use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl/Cmd + left and right arrow keys to adjust sidebearings in 1 unit increments. Adding Shift will move the sidebearings but in increments of (1/subdivision value)*10
I’m on 2.4b (926)
