Layers for glyphs disappeared upon upgrading from Glyphs 1.3.14 to 1.3.15.
In earlier versions of Glyphs, I had multiple layers (variants) for a few glyphs in a new typeface. When I upgraded from 1.3.14 to 1.3.15, the layers disappeared.
It may be worse. A number of glyphs no longer seem to exist. Will try re-installing 1.3.14 and seeing if a version exists in Versions or from a backup.
The version 1.3.15 is still beta (I added a comment in the release note) and is only shown if you have selected “show cutting edge versions”. Sorry for the confusion.
I have fixed several issues, but could you send me your (original) files that I can verify that it does not happen any more.

I did notice it was a cutting edge version, but took a chance.
Since this particular font includes images of a person’s private text (from handwriting), I’ll see if I can create a smaller test to replicate the issue. I may not be able to get to that until tomorrow (California time), though, given commitments tonight.

It looks like the new beta 1.3.15 (409) may have fixed the issue. The file was preserved this time. fyi.
