Bug Report: create guidelines with measurement tool and specific IME “Romaji” in Japanese

When I use specific IME such as Romaji in Japanese, I can’t make guideline with measurement tool + G.
I guess it’s problem of IME because I can create guideline with other IMEs such as U.S., Hiragana and Katakana.

Could you fix it?

I can reproduce it, and it also does not appear to be mapped to a different key, unfortunately. I wonder if there is another ctrl-shift key combo in the way.

Thanks mekkablue, I’ll use U.S. input mode for time being.
