I’ve made a mistake and updated osx form yosemite to el capitan. Since then Glyphs app usually crashes when I click on primitive tool icon.
If you don’t want to use El Capitan you can reinstall Yosemite over it, either from Time Machine if you backed it up or using the Yosemite installer from the App Store.
