I’ve had this ‘bug’ in pretty much every version of Glyphs I’ve used.
Often reversing contours across masters is enough to induce master compatibility. However with “Show all instances” set it doesn’t update the view to show a positive outcome. This is a bit confusing and also requires a click out of ‘show all instances’ and a click back in to see it in action.
I cannot reproduce this, it works fine for me in the latest beta. Any View plugins active?
