CALT Replace One With Many for Adobe

Hi
Is it possible to describe the CALT feature with the replacement of one symbol for two so that it works in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign?
If so, please tell me how to implement it?

In InDesign, you need to switch to the World-Ready Composer. The classic composer does not support one-to-many.

Photoshop and Illustrator does not support one-to-many also?

I don’t know, do they have the World-Ready Composer? I think Photoshop does, and Illustrator used to always be a pretty lost case. But I am not the Adobe support person, sorry.

The latest version of Photoshop uses Harfbuzz so it should be pretty good with opentype features.
