Cannot double click to swith to Edit mode

I just updated to the newest version (3.0.4 (3096)), when using Text Mode i cannot double click into the Edit mode.

Also, the Measurement tool is broken. (CMD + Opt + Ctr + Drag) cannot display any measurement line. nor with clicking the Measurement toolbar.

Same here, Mojave 10.14.6. Also, I can only select nodes and handles by click-drag selecting them iso clicking them.
