Cannot drag select placed placed components

Hi,

I am making a font using a pixel component. When placing multiple components inside a character, i cannot “drag select” them. This means that if I have a letter composed of 20 placed “pixel” components I’ll have to Shift-click all twenty components to move them all. (⌘+A works to select them all, but if i want to move fewer than all components, this is still an issue).

The issue is the same if I am working with components in an non pixel-based font.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Glyphs works different than Illustrator, so you need to press and hold down Option(Alt) key while drag-selecting them
