Can't save document error

Hello, my name is Catriel,
I’ve got an error when I want to save the document in any format,
my OS version is Sierra 10.12 and I’m using the trial version of the latest glyphs

however I can export

Multiple possibilities:

  1. file locked in Finder?
  2. file opened with another app?
  3. folder blocked? Device read only?
  4. file path has become invalid?

Try “save as” or “duplicate”, or drag the autosave file to a new position.

Maybe I did not explain myself well
I had an old version of the program and I had to uninstall it, from there,
it doesn’t matter which version I installed, it won’t let me save the file,
either the file i’ve been working with as a new one.
however I can export.

can it be a cache file that generates the problem?
