Can't type Ohm Ω u+2126 in InDesign

Anyone know anything about this issue?

I only have an Ohm Ω u+2126 glyph in my font, but when I try to type that in InDesign, it defaults to the Omega Ω U+03A9 glyph… which I don’t have in the font so it renders as a tofu…?

That’s true, InDesign doesn’t seem to like the Ohm symbol. Why don’t you have both since you already have one?
