That’s not a link for CommitGlyphs.
I remember there being an issue with the download for CommitGlyphs, quite some time ago, and it worked in Safari, not Chrome, or something.
In any case, CommitGlyphs is not in active development anymore, as far as I know. I very strongly recommend using Light Table instead, available from the Plugin Manager.
I fixed it.
LightTable looks promising, but when I try to download it from the plugin manager, it also gives an error. Glyph Commit now works correctly. Tysm
What error is Light Table giving you? What version of Glyphs are you using?

Does this also happen with other plugins? Do you have a stable internet connection?
Just with this one, I can download other plugins correctly. My internet connection is working well atm, and I still have the problem.
I reduced the file size of the Light Table plug-in a bit, hopefully that helps with the download.
The same error keeps appearing. It’s very strange because it’s also an instant message when clicking from the plugin manager, even after changing wifi, restarting Glyphs, and my computer… same error message
Try the following: In Glyphs, go to the Script menu → Open Scripts Folder. A Finder window will open. From there, go into the “Repositories” folder. If there is a folder in it called “Light-Table”, delete it and try the installation again.
