Certain glyphs containing components of others are suddenly being shifted to the right for no explicable reason.
Edit: Wrong file. The issue still occurs in my main file.
I managed to fix it.
It appears that bug appeared after added filters to my custom height metrics. Removing all the filters fixed the bug.

But I never changed the x-height, I only modified which letters it would display on. I wouldn’t have thought that that would have any effect.
The x-height is used to compute the slating of the bounding box. So changing the x-height of one layer, it will use that new x-height.
So there isn’t a way to hide the x height bar on capital letters without having glyphs slanted then?
At least I now know that I can safely hide the other bars without anything similar happening.
