This happens on my iMac but not on my Laptop, but when I press the circle tool to enter a value for the circles size, this happens.

you may have different setups of grid and snapping on each Glyphs version.
What is expected to happen is a pop-up window asking for values to create a circle… So on my other Mac I can type I want a circle that is 300x300 for instance.
I belive this is an issue that is already fixed in the 3.2 cutting edge release.
