Is there a way to clear/delete mask for multiple glyphs?
You mean the backgrounds? Select all glyphs, hold down the Option key, choose Paths > Clear Background.

I was searching for how to clear ‘mask’ instead of ‘background’!

It was called mask in another font editor. But it is not masking anything so I used a better name for it.
