Conflicting renders of ‘filtered’ glyhps

Getting conflicting results when using RoundedFont and RoundCorners filter.
Example ‘Ū’: The U is rounded by filter while the macron was created ‘manually’ (I excluded it from the filter since the results were unsatisfying).
In Glyphs everything looks perfect but in Fontbook or other apps the macron shrinks to an ugly dot.
What am I missing?

edit: the problem occurs only with the Black instance

Can you open the wrong .otf in glyphs and show the outline of the macron?
It might be that the filter is applied to the decomposed ‘Umacron’? Can you add it to the ignore list?

Can open ttfs, though. Looks perfect there.

This error message suggests that something is wrong with your Glyphs installation. Could you try re-downloading Glyphs and see if the issue persists?
