Contextual alternate punctuation between all numbers

Hey everyone,

Is there an easy way to generate contextual alternates to sit between all standard and lining figures (eg, 0-2)?
I have a hyphen only it sits between the baseline and x-height, I want the hyphen.case (colon.case, etc) to be used between numbers without having to write an individual caalt code for each number.

Any ideas?
