Copying chosen glyphs from one master to another

I want to copy the outlines and metrics of some glyphs from one master to another (all in the same file), tried the paste special but actually does nothing… Am I missing something?

E.g. you want to copy the outlines in the Regular layer of A to the Bold layer of A?

And what version of Glyphs do you have?
