Corners move on “Correct Path Direction”

A mild, but irritating bug. When a glyph

• has corner-components on different paths and
• the paths do not overlap,

then “Correct Path Direction” or ⇧⌘R can move the corners to new positions, possibly (but not always) to other paths. Clicking anywhere on the canvas, however, will restore the original corner positions.

Setup: Glyphs 3 (3 and 3.0.1), macOS Big Sur (11.0.1). No plugins, no scripts.

I’m experiencing this bug in 3.0.5 (3124). Is there a workaround or any plan for a fix? Thanks.

The workaround is to click anywhere in the canvas. The view seems to not get updated in the right moment.

Update: fixed in the upcoming version.
