Ctrl+Left/Right Increase/Decrease Left Sidebearing Spacing Shortcut No Longer Working

macOS 26.2 (25C56), GA 3.5 (3513),

I’ve run GA in Safe Mode, and I still can’t get the Ctrl+Left/Right shortcut to work, from what I can see in my keyboard shortcuts in system settings there are no other apps using this short cut either. Is there anyway to see why this isn’t working anymore? Every other default spacing and kerning shortcut works (eg. Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right works).

Otherwise is there a way to force set that shortcut again?

By default, those shortcuts are assigned to Mission Control.
uncheck the checkbox before these two:
