Custom parameters lost when I save as UFO

I noticed that my custom parameters for typoAscender/Decender, hheaAscender/Descender, etc go missing if I save as UFO and open again the UFO in Glyph. Why? Is there a way to solve it? How can I save this values in the UFO file?
