Dark preview bar bug - G3 CE M1

If I close the (dark) preview and open a new tab (or close the one and open another), the preview bar stays black and hides icons/text. See:

Note: I can reproduce this on Big Sur on an Intel machine. Opening and closing it again (the eye symbol is there, barely visible) seems to trigger the correct redraw.

In latest cutting edge (3084) it is fixed in light mode but still happens in dark mode.
