Delete Glyphs, Command-BackSpace, gives beachball (sometimes)

3 or 4 times now this past week Glyphs has got stuck with a spinny beachball (I had to Force Quit) just after removing glyphs with Command-BackSpace. I apologise for the vagueness of the report, but that’s what it is.

Sometimes it is immediately upon deleting them, sometimes it is with the next action (twice that action was Command-F to insert a glyph in edit view). Sometimes they are fresh glyphs that i accidentally created with Command-D, other times glyphs that have been created many saves ago.

I’m on Glyphs 3.1.2

Is this the Font view or Edit view? And the next time this happens, can you try to make a spindump with the activity monitor app?

Definitely in Edit View most of the time, and possibly all the times so far.

If it happens again, i will definitely use Activity Monitor to take a Spindump. I didn’t know that was a thing, so thanks for pointing it out!
