As you can see, the extra entries uses Arabic language ID, yet they are simply duplicates of the English entries. Here is the font info, as you can see there are no duplicated entries:
What is even more odd is that it happens on one machine and not the other, and both use Glyphs 3.0.5 (3130) version. The only difference is that the machine where there are no extra entries is an Apple silicon one.
