Disable Arabic Kerning in LTR Mode

I have a question regarding Arabic kerning in LTR mode. As we know, kerning is not applied to Arabic text in LTR mode except for numbers (digits with digits). However, I still find many unwanted Arabic kerning pairs in the file, which cause issues when typing.

My questions:

  1. Why does this happen?
  2. How can we prevent these unwanted kerning pairs from appearing?
  3. If we remove them, is there a way to ensure they don’t regenerate automatically?

I’m currently using Glyphs 3.3.1 (3343). Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
