Disable Masters CP for static export?

I can add a Disable Masters CP to Static Instances, but it does not work.
Is there a better way than removing masters from the file?

Is it a bug? in 3.1 it worked for static instances.

I had a look. It seems to work for me. Can you send me a file that doesn’t?

I found two situations where it does not work, (and Jens might have found another)

  • when the Disabled Masters have their axis positions not yet properly set
  • when the Disabled Masters have glyphs missing
    Will send a file.

the problem was that there where several Disable Masters parameters with one master each. There should only be one parameter with one master per line.
