Disabled Custom Parameters Still End up in Exported Fonts

I have some custom parameters in the Font tab, such as glyphOrder, panose, blueScale that are unchecked but they still end up in the exported fonts. Shouldn’t they be disabled when unchecked?

As fare as I can see, those values are not in the final font.
