I have feature ss07.
I disable it.
I don’t get any warning in aalt feature (it has generate feature automatically toggled)
fontmake complains.
I go back to the source file.
I manually trigger regeneration of aalt feature, now everything is correct.
I believe FeaKit quietly ignores a line too many in aalt.
If fontmake refuses compilation because of this, I’d consider this a fontmake issue.

If you update it, yes. But you still have to trigger the update.
But again, it is not an issue to keep extra lines in aalt.
