Distorted Outlines after update to Glyphs 3.2 (3210)

When opening a glyphs file in 3.2. (3210) some outlines are being distorted:

All masters are affected, but the affected glyphs seem to be random (upper/lower case letters, numbers, fractions etc.).

Same problem here (affecting different masters too):

Same problem here, except in my case only glyph affected is “ffi” ligature upon exporting

Downloading and re-installing version 3209 http://updates.glyphsapp.com/Glyphs3.2-3209.zip solved the problem for me. Seems the issue is with 3210
