Does Glyphs 3 have a foreground stroke color setting?

Hi!
In Glyphs app 2, I was able to change the outline color with foreground stroke color. Glyphs on the edit screen were filled in black by default.
However, in Glyphs app3, I changed the outline color in the settings, the glyphs on the edit screen was filled with the outline color.

Is this specification?

The foreground stroke color seems to be used for the strokes in edit mode and to fill the shapes. That came up recently already. I’ll have a look.
